The Conestoga Cross County Booster Club creates a community that bridges the gaps and connects the athletes, parents, and coaches while building an empowering, encouraging, and supportive environment for our athletes. This website is run and managed by the Conestoga Cross Country Booster Club. The Booster Club is supported by Parent Volunteers, Athlete Dues, and Fundraising Events.
Each season the only way the Booster Club can provide the best support and an enriching experience for your athlete is by every parent doing their part in paying your athlete's dues and volunteering. We are the second largest sports team at Conestoga and our objective is to support your athlete's GRIT & DETERMINATION with our Booster Program.
Dues are paid for the Fall Season ($75 per athlete, $125 per family if more than one athlete). Cross Country dues are separate from Track & Field. If one child runs Cross Country and one Track & Field the dues are paid by season at $75 an athlete.
Cross Country athletes must purchase their own uniforms. They are yours to keep and ordering can be done through the website here.
The parents help support the team through volunteering, raising money, and contributing booster dues funds to better enhance the Conestoga Cross Country program and the athletes' experience. Funds raised by the Booster Club help to fund the following:
New equipment
Meet Day Snacks
Pasta Parties
End of the Season Banquet, Banquet Awards, and Gifts
Senior Night
Team T-Shirts
Athlete Socials
Parent Socials
Paying your Cross Country athlete's dues is the main source of income to support the Booster Program. Supporting Fund Raising and Pasta Dinners adds to a successful season for your athlete and their team.
If we do not get parent support and paid athlete dues, the programs and events cannot happen. Families, friends, and fans of Stoga Cross Country can donate to the program or volunteer to help stoga.xctf.pres@gmail.com.
