Alex Foulke

Head Coach - Track & Field

Alex Foulke has been a part of the Conestoga Indoor/Outdoor T&F Program since 2017 as an Assistant Track & Field Coach, focusing on the Sprint and Hurdle events. Foulke works with both JV and Varsity Sprint and Hurdle athletes, including student-athletes who participate in field events. He is an educator in the district having taught at Conestoga, T/E Middle School, and Valley Forge Middle School. His primary responsibilities include implementing speed and power programs for the Sprint/Hurdle group and building endurance programs for mid-distance runners. He is most proud of the dedicated and committed student-athletes he gets to teach and coach every day. Foulke competed collegiately for West Chester University and received his Level 1 USTFCCCA Coaching Certification to better design and implement training programs for my athletes in the sprint and hurdle events.

Christine Riggs

Assistant Coach - Distance

Christine Riggs joined the Indoor T&F staff in 2017 for two years as an Assistant Track & Field Coach before joining as a member of the Indoor/Outdoor staff. As the Distance coach, she works to develop a competitive squad of distance runners with the goal of maximizing each athlete’s potential in distances ranging from 800m to 3200m. Additionally, she teaches both the physical and mental aspects of training and racing with the potential to become a lifetime runner and racer. She has been coaching for over 20 years with 13 years in the T/E school district and competed for the Gettysburg College XC and T&F teams, racing the 10K her senior year. Riggs is a T/E resident and a proud 'Stoga parent.

Paul Lavallee

Assistant Coach - High Jump

Paul Lavallee is entering his fifth year as an Assistant Track & Field Coach at Conestoga. He coached Pole Vault his first year and since has become the primary High Jump coach. Coach Lavallee has also been assisting with the local CYO Youth Track program’s Field Events for the past 12 years. Coach Lavallee competed collegiately in the Pole Vault, Hurdles, Triple Jump, High Jump, and Decathlon for Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Lavallee is a T/E resident and a proud 'Stoga parent.

Beata Artz

Assistant Coach - Sprints & Horizontal Jumps

Beata Artz has been an Indoor/Outdoor T&F Assistant Coach for the past five years, working with the Sprints and Horizontal Jumps groups for the past five years. Her primary role is training student-athletes competing in Long and Triple Jump and has helped grow the Horizontal Jumps program substantially. She works in tandem with Sprints coach, Alex Foulke, aiding him and his athletes where needed. Her outstandingly dedicated colleagues and athletes drive her motivation to strive for success in the pit and on the track. Artz is a proud 'Stoga alum who holds a place on 'Stoga's All-Time list for Triple Jump.

Grace Hafer

Assistant Coach - Throws

Grace Hafer joined Conestoga Track and Field as the throws coach in 2023. Grace is a passionate and experienced coach, dedicated to developing athletes who are well-rounded, hard-working, and determined to succeed. With a background in collegiate competition at Millersville University and previous coaching experience, Grace brings a wealth knowledge to the Conestoga team. She wants to develop dedication, discipline, and skill in her athletes. As the first throws only coach at Conestoga in many years, Grace is excited to develop a comprehensive throws program that will help athletes achieve their full potential. Grace is also joined by her husband, Pete, a fellow Marauder alum, and experienced throws coach, who volunteers his time to help develop the Conestoga throws program. Together, they are a dynamic coaching duo, committed to helping athletes achieve their goals.

Caroline Randazzo

Assistant Coach - Distance

Caroline Randazzo is an educator at Valley Forge Middle School. A former Conestoga track and swim athlete,  Coach Randazzo also competed collegiately in cross country, indoor and outdoor track. Coach Randazzo coached group 2 at Conestoga for several years before becoming a teacher in the district and then coached track for three years at Valley Forge Middle. Coach Randazzo also was a Division III assistant coach for swimming for four years prior to working at Valley Forge. She enjoys fostering a lifelong love of running in the student athletes she works with.
